Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Canadian orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario Canada via FedEx or Canada Post, American orders are shipped from USA via USPS or UPS. Any order placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Once processed you will receive a shipping notification and tracking information.

Ground — $15 flat rate

Please note, once we send your package and it has been received by the shipping service you will be provided with the tracking information. At this point, we are not responsible for delays, damages, and/or lost shipments. In this event, please contact them directly with the information provided in your tracking email.
